Valentine’s Day isn’t really about fashion.
It’s about flirtation.
It’s an opportunity to express your love to the person who means the most to you.
And… there are many ways to do that.
I suppose you could encase yourself in Saran Wrap or throw yourself into a Giant Champagne Glass Hot Tub
But….. why would you want to do that?
What does that really say?
You could drape yourself in Roses…..
Or fly your love to Paris……
But will these gestures really convey the depth of your devotion?
I think not.
I know I’m older and dressing in lingerie will not help the cause
but my idea of romance has always been much simpler and less embarrassing than the lingerie thing.
I ‘m going to wear a nice suit, do my best to look great in it and gaze adoringly at my husband over a nice dinner.
I will tell him how much he means to me and how happy and grateful I am to have him in my life.
I intend to let him know that he is at the center of my life &
There will never be anyone else but him in my heart.
I will smile at him and tell him I love him and open my heart completely.
I am going to dazzle him with my love.
If he is able to see just a little of what I feel for him
he will never notice or remember what I wore on Valentine’s Day.
That’s my plan.
